Amanda Bynes Faced With Eviction

Amanda Bynes is in more hot water lately, but at least this time she didn’t run anyone down with her vehicle.

The “She’s The Man” star has been called “troubled” an awful lot lately… and a possible eviction probably isn’t helping her cope with her issues.

But you know what is? Weed. Lots of it.

In fact, enough that neighbors in her New York (non smoking) apartment have complained of marijuana smoke emanating from her apartment “morning, noon, and night,” and seeing Bynes smoking weed in the hallways as well. She is also accused of smoking standard cigarettes in mass quantity.

Her complex is calling her a “disrespectful rule breaker” and a “building nuisance,” and it apparently became too much.

Building management began her eviction process by presenting her with a letter that advised her that her lease was being terminated.

Rather than fight the proceedings, the 26-year-old (rumored to be worth around $4 million), packed up and left on February 1^st.

Currently, the starlet is staying in a hotel in downtown Manhattan. Reportedly, her parents have the room next to her to keep an eye on their daughter because “they’re afraid for her.”

One source said that after Bynes moved out, the empty apartment was entirely littered with Marlboro Light cigarette butts, and dirty Q-tips.

What a combination.

Bynes told reporters she is “retired” and asked to be left alone last year following multiple vehicular convictions, and a false report inspired by her erratic behavior that she had strutted around a local tanning salon entirely nude.

Maybe Bynes can just rent an apartment in Justin Bieber’s building?
