Amanda Bynes Arrested for Yet Another DUI

Here we go again...

Amanda Bynes, star of "All That" and movies such as "She's the Man" and "Saved," was arrested after being charged with driving under the influence this morning in Los Angeles.

According to reports, Bynes stopped in the middle of an intersection at a red light while driving her white Mercedes Benz. The California Highway Patrol officers pulled Bynes over at the intersection of Van Nuys Blvd. and Riverside Dr. in the Sherman Oaks area.

Bynes appeared to be under the influence of a drug of some kind, and was taken in to be evaluated by a drug recognition expert. After that evaluation, police determined that Bynes had indeed been driving under the influence and arrested her.

It's sad news, considering the fact that Bynes' downward spiral last year began with DUI charges and failure to appear for her court dates. After those charges, Bynes began showing erratic behavior, posting strange videos and tweets, wearing wigs and undergoing a series of plastic surgery procedures.

Bynes ended up going into an inpatient rehab program, which she recently completed. She's been living with her parents and attending fashion school in downtown Los Angeles after quitting Hollywood.

On the plus side, officers said that Bynes was "cooperative during the entire process" this time around, so hopefully this doesn't spell doom for the troubled former actress.
