Alec Baldwin Battles Author on Twitter

30 Rock actor Alec Baldwin and producer Dana Brunetti engaged in a ferocious Twitter feud Wednesday — complete with name-calling and chest-thumping — after Brunetti disputed Baldwin’s claim in a new memoir that he was misled about a teen costar’s age while making the 2006 indie film Mini’s First Time.

In one particularly heated exchange, Brunetti pledged to “bury” Baldwin if he didn’t relent, only for Baldwin to fire back, “You’re already buried.”

In the film, Baldwin portrayed a man having an affair with his stepdaughter, played by Nikki Reed, then 16. According to his book Nevertheless, published Tuesday, Baldwin learned that Reed was underage toward the end of filming and “flipped out on the producers,” who had told him otherwise.
