Adele Is Totally Singing the James Bond 'Skyfall' Theme, and Here Are the Lyrics

Just recently, rumors started that Adele would be singing the theme to the new James Bond movie, "Skyfall." Or should I say rumours? Okay, wait, start over: "Rumour Has It" that Adele is singing the James Bond theme! There. Better.

But as of yet, there has been no official word from the production or the studio on the matter, so there has been some question of whether Adele is the one or not. After all, if you were going to make up a rumor about who is singing the next Bond theme, wouldn't you go with Adele?

Now, though, Showbiz411 claims it has a snippet of lyrics from the theme song, confirming rumors without any actual confirmation. Here's a sample: "Let the sky fall/Let it crumble/We will stand tall/And face it all/together."

Either those are the real lyrics, or writer Roger Friedman is very good at making up fake song lyrics that sound like every James Bond theme song ever.

So assuming that Adele is indeed the singer of the "Skyfall" theme song, she will be joining the company of Nancy Sinatra, Chris Cornell, Tina Turner, Carly Simon, Garbage, Madonna, and Jack White and Alicia Keys, all of whom have sung a theme song at some point. Man, that is one mixed bag.
