Aaron Sorkin's HBO Pilot Gains Olivia Munn and Allison Pill

Aaron Sorkin's HBO Pilot Gains Olivia Munn and Allison Pill "More As the Story Develops" is a fitting title, albeit a tentative one, for Aaron Sorkin's upcoming HBO pilot: it seems as though we're getting new casting news about it every single week.

The newest cast members to join the show are Olivia Munn and Allison Pill, who will play a sexy financial analyst and a producer, respectively, on the fictional cable news network that is at the center of the show.

Munn has made a big name for herself in the past year, not only landing a lead role in the (short-lived) NBC show "Perfect Couples" but also becoming a regular correspondent for "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart." Munn was recently placed #2 on the "Maxim Hot 100" list, second only to "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" star Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Pill made an appearance in the Oscar-nominated "Milk," and also turned in a hilarious performance as the drummer Kim in "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World." Pill is also a Tony-nominated actress, having earned the honor for her work in "The Lieutenant of Inishmore."

These are two excellent names to add to the cast, as both of them have proven their ability to handle comedy. They will join the already-cast Jeff Daniels, who will be playing the lead role as a cable news anchor who must rebuild his show after his long-time co-anchor leaves, taking most of the staff with him.

With the cast getting stronger and Sorkin (who wrote "The Social Network" and created "The West Wing") providing the words, this should be a fantastic show when it hits HBO.
