2008 Viral Sensation Obama Girl 'Still Got A Crush On Obama'

Another Democratic National Convention draws to a close tonight in Charlotte, N.C. with President Barack Obama's acceptance of a second and final nomination. As Obama once more rises to the challenge off winning a term in The Oval Office, so too returns Obama Girl!

Sorta!

For those who might have missed her 15 double-timed minutes of fame four years ago, Obama Girl "was" model Amber Lee Ettinger, the pretty, mewling lass who became a topical viral darling with her aptly titled YouTube music video "Obama Girl." Along the way, she became somewhat of a minor symbol of the abject - sometimes, a tad carried-away - euphoria Obama inspired among his followers.

Four years later, she's "Still Got A Crush on Obama" - and a brand new face, to boot.

Indeed, that's not Ettinger in this new clip. That's Leah Kauffman, who delivered the original vocals and wrote the lyrics to which Ettinger lip-synced in 2008's video. Following her 2008 performance, a somewhat embittered Ettinger went on Sean Hannity's Fox News broadcast to announce her disillusionment with Obama....owed at least in part to Obama apparently not calling her personally to thank her for the support.

Kauffman, though? Chris Matthews better stifle that tingle up his leg, because she's standing by her mine to prove always that she "Obamacares."
