20-year-old Hannah Montana Star Arrested for DUI

Miley Cyrus’ "Hannah Montana" co-star Mitchel Musso was arrested for drunk driving early Sunday morning.

After driving a black 2007 Mercedes Benz through and intersection in Burbank, California, Musso was pulled over by police who, according to the Daily Mail, could small a ‘strong odor of alcohol.’

Being that the Disney star, who played Oliver Oken – Miley’s BFF on the show, is only 20, any level of alcohol in his body would be considered illegal, Burbank's Sgt. Sean Kelly said.

According to police his blood-alcohol level was “well over” the legal limit in Burbank which is .08.

Musso, who currently is a voice of Jeremy Johnson in the Disney’s animated series "Phineas and Ferb," and also portrays King Brady in the Disney XD series "Pair of Kings," was arrested after failing his sobriety test.

Musso posted a $5,000 bail and was later released from jail.
