'2 Broke Girls' Season 3, Episode 6: 'And the Piece of Sheet' Recap

Both of the girls make extra money!

Caroline has a new crush on a cutie who sits in her section. Caroline tries to flirt with him, and accidentally pulls out a chunk of her hair. She denies that it's a hair extension, but they keep falling out.

Louis comes in on his time off to hit on Oleg. He gives Caroline some of the extensions he found - she tries to tell him she has cancer, but he doesn't believe her.

Caroline uses the extra money to fix her hair extensions. She also buys Max new bedding, but Max is annoyed at the present.

In the middle of the night she demands her old sheets back. Caroline tells her that she gave them to the poor, donating them to the Salvation Army bin. Max insists she get up and go out with her to get them. Max is furious - those sheets were special to her. She confesses she has had the pillowcase she has had since she was a kid, and she used it to relax when things were bad. She can't sleep without it.

Max jumps into the bin, and informs Caroline she is not alone. A homeless man lives in there. He demands Max get out of his house.

She goes to Sophie's to get a sleeping pill. Caroline tries to talk her out of it, snatching it. She decides she will be a sleep coach for Max and help get her to bed.

Angry, Max continues to yell at Caroline, who scolds her for having an unhealthy attachment to the pillow. Max tells her she has an unhealthy attachment to her hair, and burns some of her extensions.

At work, Caroline is worried about Max, but she seems in a good mood when she comes in. She gives Caroline a gift - a bad wig. Caroline took away her security item, so she's taking away Caroline's - her hair.

Sophie sneaks in to give Max some sleeping pills, but Caroline intervenes again. She claims she's wearing the wig, so Max can go without her pillow... until the cutie comes into the diner. She hides and admits she was wrong.

Max still can't sleep... until she holds onto Caroline's pj's, and manages to doze off.
