'16 and Pregnant' Star Aubrey Wolters Arrested for Shoplifting and Drug Possession, Baby in Tow

'16 and Pregnant' Star Aubrey Wolters Arrested for Shoplifting and Drug Possession, Baby in Tow "16 and Pregnant" star Aubrey Wolters was caught shoplifting at an Arizona WalMart this week with her baby Austin in tow, and while authorities searched her, they found prescription drugs.

Wolters was carrying ADHD drug Ritalin and the painkiller Oxycontin, and she had a prescription for neither, according to RadarOnline.

This is the second star of an MTV teen-pregnancy-related show to get into serious trouble with authorities in recent months.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood pleaded guilty to two counts of felony assault on the father of her baby, 21-year-old Gary Shirley, and received two years of probation in June. Since then she has reportedly attempted suicide and recently injured herself while undergoing treatment for depression.

Portwood also lost custody of her child back in May, after Child Protective Services gave Shirley full custody rights due to concerns over her living conditions.

Wolters could be in line for similarly serious repercussions.

According to RadarOnline, Wolters' estranged husband, and the father of baby Austin, Brandon Akerill, was called to come pick up the child after Wolters was hauled off to a juvenile detention center. No word yet on the long-term custody implications of Wolters' recent bust.
