Besides "A Charlie Brown Christmas," the best Peanuts special ever conceived is unquestionably "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown." For over 45 years, the film has been as synonymous with Halloween as sheet ghosts, trick or treating and vandalous teens smashing pumpkins. The special airs tonight at 8:00 p.m. EST on ABC.

Sylvester Stallone and "The Expendables" co-writer David Callaham will face some accusations that Stallone's ode to action stars past and present looks a little too much like another writer's baby. Writer Marcus Webb has filed a suit to prevent "The Expendables 2" from infringing further upon his story.

It has been more than a decade since the Farrelly Brothers released their low-budget, high-profit big ticket into the world of screenwriting, "Dumb and Dumber." Now, more than 15 years later, they might be getting back to their roots with a sequel to the film. No we're not talking about "Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd."
