This week's "Ringer" episode was all about redemption and second chances. That is, when it wasn't about lying, business schemes and sexy student entrapments. But this wouldn't be "Ringer" if every uplifting silver lining wasn't followed by a dark cloud of heroin addiction.

Before this episode, "The First Time," even aired, people were up in arms about it. The Parents Television Council accused it of "celebrating teen sex" and called it "reprehensible." People are awfully quick to judge this show before they even see it.

This Sunday, The Simpsons are ditching the Kwik-E-Mart and doughnuts for a foodie fling when Marge will become a food blogger. The show is loaded with foodie jokes, but Executive producer Matt Selman says there's "one awesome" twist that should satisfy all.

Sometimes when you think that nothing good can come out of a situation, the universe delivers you a delightful bit of irony. Such is the case with Kim Kardashian's divorce. Kardashian has a role in Tyler Perry's new movie "Marriage Counselor" and many Perry fans are threatening a boycott of the movie because of it.

90's rap icon Heavy D is dead, and it's not entirely clear how or why. TMZ reported minutes ago that "Heavy D -- real name Dwight Arrington Myers -- was rushed to an L.A. hospital around noon today and was pronounced dead at the hospital at 1 p.m. He was 44 years old."

Tonight's episode of "Glee," focused on two teens who lose their virginity (one straight and one gay) has already caused protests from the Parent's Television Council, and the show's creator Ryan Murphy has spoken out in defense of the episode.

Let the record show: you can't be a crass, loudmouthed idiot and still produce the Oscars. Brett Ratner, who directed films such as "Rush Hour" and most recently "Tower Heist," was set to produce this year's Academy Awards ceremony. Not anymore.
