In this Bollywood drama, Anju is a girl from a small village who relocates to Mumbai to get a job. Although she falls in love with Rakesh, it is Badal who offers her employment, but his ulterior motive is receiving sexual favors from her in return. After she survives a rape attempt, Rakesh exacts revenge on Badal by giving him a beating. Badal hires a local thug to even the score with Rakesh, who almost loses his life to this surprise adversary.
