When the man's close friend and political superior, the Prime Minister of Iceland, forces the protagonist to enter into rehab, he throws one last party as a send-off to his boyish, libertine ways.

At the party, a collection of guests, friends and secret loves meet for a meal and much drinking as viewers are taken on a journey that reveals their darkest secrets. While not overtly tackling political issues, the film serves as an allegory for contemporary Icelandic society.
