This motion picture tells the tale of a man who has been called upon to help bring down one of the most violent men that the city has ever experienced. The film centers around a criminal known as, the Wolf of New York. The Wolf has spent the last few years committing horrific crimes including rape, muggings, and countless murders. He has the entire city standing on it's toes and he relishes that feeling. Now, a young yet ambitious district attorney has been called upon to capture and finally bring down this criminal who has done nothing but spread fear throughout the city.
