Watch Whiteout

Togashi Teruo is a controller for Japan's largest dam, Okutowa Dam. A few climbers had got trapped in a whiteout. Togashi and his coworker begin the rescue, while a group of terrorist take over the dam and hold the workers as hostage. With the storm that caused the whiteout, the terrorists blowing up the main road to the dam, the nearby community is trapped. If the government doesn't give the terrorists what they want the dam will blow up. Togashi has to find a way to keep the terrorists from getting what they want.
