Racism and classification of humans based on their skin color, is something that has existed all over the world for as long as time has been recorded. No where is this sad reality more prevalent than in the United States of America. This film centers around a group of Black surfers as they try to make it big in a sport that is dominated by Whites. Not only is surfing dominated by Whites, but it is rare to see anyone outside of that race practicing the art of surfing. So when a group of young, Black kids decide they want to give it a try, the community is in shock.
