What Rats Won't Do is a romantic comedy. This movie is about lawyers on opposing sides of a case. The main character is an engaged woman who is handling the case of her career. Her opponent is a charming attorney with a great reputation as he has never once lost a case. When these two meet the fireworks begin as they each fight for their client's side of the case.

Legal matters are not often funny, at least to those involved in the cases. Lawyers work hard for their clients and that is their job. When you mix them together you get comedy.
