Weekend Pass is a 1984 comedy film starring Patrick Houser, Chip McAllister, and D.W. Brown. The movie tells the story of three young men serving in the Army who are granted a weekend pass to go on a vacation. They head to Los Angeles with the hope of meeting beautiful women and partying, but their plans are constantly interrupted by unexpected events.

The lead character, Rick, played by Patrick Houser, is a carefree and adventurous man who is eager to enjoy his weekend pass to the fullest. He is joined by his friends Jay and Alex, played by Chip McAllister and D.W. Brown respectively. Like Rick, they are excited to have a break from their Army duties and explore the city.

The trio's first stop is a beach party where they meet three women who also happen to be on weekend passes. They hit it off instantly, and the group decides to continue their night at a nightclub. However, things take a turn for the worse when the men's superior officers catch up with them at the club, and a fight breaks out. The group is forced to flee the scene and continue their adventure elsewhere.

The men's next stop is a go-kart raceway, where they run into a group of bikers. After a tussle with the bikers, Rick is smitten by a woman he meets there named Tracy. Tracy agrees to show Rick and his friends around the city, and they end up at a high-class party where they meet a wealthy woman named Michelle. Michelle takes a liking to Rick, which causes tension between him and Tracy.

Their adventures take a sad turn when they visit an Army hospital to visit one of their fellow soldiers, who was injured during duty. This moment brings a sense of reality to their wild weekend and makes them wonder about the true purpose of their service. However, the trio quickly picks themselves back up and heads to a theme park, where they take part in a wild and hilarious water fight.

Throughout the movie, the characters face various obstacles, such as being robbed, getting lost in the city, and running into angry bikers. They also learn about life outside the Army and interact with a diverse group of people from different walks of life.

The performances in Weekend Pass are strong, and the humor is top-notch. Houser, McAllister, and Brown have great chemistry, and their comedic timing is impeccable. The movie also features cameos from prominent actors, such as Phil Hartman, Jennifer Tilly, and Adam West.

Overall, Weekend Pass is a lighthearted comedy that explores the themes of friendship, adventure, and self-discovery. The movie provides a glimpse into the life of young soldiers and how they cope with their duties while still trying to enjoy their youth. It is a must-see for anyone who loves a good laugh and a feel-good story. If you are looking for a movie that will keep you entertained from start to finish, Weekend Pass is definitely worth checking out.
