The story of the great uprising that took place in Poland, is told through the experiences of an American airman and two journalists. The film tells the story of the Polish Army fighting the weakening Nazi Army, during the time when the Nazis were first seen on the losing end. The event coincides with the Soviet Armies attacking Germany from the east.
