In this Japanese science fiction film, a group of aliens has detected a problem in outer space. A small planet is on course to collide with Earth, and they determine the best way to warn the inhabitants of Earth so they can take measures to prevent loss of life. The aliens land disguised as Earthlings and are initially rejected. Eventually they convince scientists that a nuclear device might be able to destroy the approaching planet.
