Visitors is a movie about a young woman named Georgia Perry who wants to sail around the world on a yacht all by herself, with just her pet cat Taco who she loves. Georgia decides that taking a trip around the world on her yacht is exactly what she needs to get over her grieving state of mind, after the death of her parents. But once she is at sea, the strong force of loneliness sets in and she starts to hallucinate about family, lovers, and her cat.

Georgia's trip turns up side down after a few days out to sea. Once hallucinations are on board Georgia Perry's mind, she imagines her cat Taco is talking to her. She also hallucinates correspondence with her dead parents. Her craziness climaxes as her hallucinations seem to become real. If Georgia is just hallucinating these episodes of craziness, then why is she being physically overtaken.
