Vallamai Thaaraayo is a Tamil drama film from 2008, directed by Madhumita. In the midst of all these personal issues, Anbu's business takes a hit due to the global recession. He is forced to lay off some of his employees, including his longtime friend and colleague Kumar (Anandraj). Kumar is devastated and feels betrayed by Anbu, who he had always considered as a brother.

The rest of the story deals with how these characters deal with their respective problems and how their lives intersect and impact each other. The film touches upon several themes such as extra-marital affairs, trust, betrayal, forgiveness, and personal growth.

The performances in Vallamai Thaaraayo are commendable, with Parthiban and Swathi delivering strong performances. The chemistry between Shrikanth and Rupa Manjari is also noteworthy.
