Watch Up & Away

Up & Away tells the story of two Kurdish brothers, Baran and Nawroz, who live in a small village in Iraq. Baran dreams of venturing out into the world beyond their village, while Nawroz is content with the traditional way of life. However, their lives take an unexpected turn when Baran is accepted into a university in Denmark. Baran sees this as his chance to finally leave Iraq and pursue his dreams. He persuades his brother to come along, and the two brothers set out on a journey that will change their lives forever. The journey is fraught with challenges as they must navigate the complexities of obtaining visas and raising money for the trip.

Along the way, they meet a third traveler, Adiba, who is also on her own journey to Denmark. As they travel together, they share stories and experiences, forming a bond that will last a lifetime. Adiba offers Baran and Nawroz a different perspective on life, and they begin to understand the importance of cultural exchange and the value of different ways of life.

The trio faces many obstacles along the way, including a run-in with the Danish immigration authorities, who are suspicious of their intentions. However, they persist and eventually make it to Denmark, where they must adjust to a new life in a foreign land.
