This is a political thriller movie. The future in the United States has turned very dark. Mike Wilson is an assassin for the United States government. He suddenly has a change of heart and believes the killing must stop. Cynthia Porter works for Homeland Security and set up the surveillance system to spy on American citizens. Her heart is no longer in her work, and she tries to sabotage her own system.

These two Americans have decided the government is wrong. They no longer want to spy on their fellow citizens, and kill them for their free thinking. The government does not react well to these radical ideas.
