Tulsi Vivah is a Bollywood fantasy drama film that was released in 1971. In English, Tulsi Vivah is translated to mean The Marriage of Tulsi. The film is in the Hindi language and was filmed in India. The fantasy drama film is based on mythology. Rajkumari Vrunda is a young lady who lives at home with her parents. Rajkumari is molested one day by some thugs while she is out on an adventure hunting. A man named Samrat Jalandhar comes to the rescue and protects her from the thugs. Samrat goes back to Rajkumari's house and asks her father for his daughter's hand in marriage.

The marriage ceremony takes place and life seems almost perfect. However, Jalandhar soon finds out that there is a war going on. When Jalandhar succeeds in winning the war, he takes the form of someone Rajkumari does not know.
