Watch Trance

An American woman, Nora with Irish origins suffers from alcoholism. One night she and her husband, Jim return home from an evening out drinking. Nora survives a fall down the stairs that night, but now suffers headaches, nosebleeds and hallucinations. This convinces Nora to 'dry out'. Nora decides to take her family to Ireland to visit with her grandmother and Uncle Bill. What they find in the old mansion her family is living in is a disturbing secret. Uncle Bill has been keeping a preserved, mummified Druid witch in the basement. The witch is an ancient ancestor of Nora's, who will come back to life to try and steal her body and soul.
