Ignoring his warning, they decide to plant the bean which causes a massive beanstalk to grow, lifting their small town into the clouds. Despite causing chaos and destruction, they all end up at the top of the giant beanstalk in the land of the giants.

Once there, they discover that the evil giant Blunderbore has seized the land and is holding the original deed to the Beanstalk family farm. Tom, Jerry, Jack and his mother, Mrs. Beanstalk, must use their wits and skills to defeat the giant, retrieve the deed and save their farm. Along the way, they encounter a magical golden goose that lays golden eggs and fight off Blunderbore's loyal henchman, Thunderclap.
