The plot thickens as Thomasson's investigation uncovers an even larger scheme that involves international arms dealing and a plot to sell weapons to rebels in Colombia.

The action in the film is fast-paced and intense. There are several fight scenes that showcase Thomasson's skills as a mercenary. The film also features car chases and gun battles, which add to the excitement.
