The main focus of this documentary is the son of the Nazi doctor Josef Mengele who explains his difficult relationship with his father and the shocking story of his visits to see him in Switzerland and Brazil. Rolf explains how his father was known to governments around the world who chose to ignore the fact he was living openly and traveling to meet his son.
