The Presence is a supernatural thriller movie that tells the story of a young woman who inherits a house from her late grandfather. She travels to the remote location to begin the daunting task of packing up the house and sorting through her grandfather's belongings. But soon, she realizes that she is not alone in the house. Livia (Loren Armitage) arrives at the house and starts to encounter strange phenomena. From the moment she enters the house, Livia is plagued by a series of disturbing experiences. She hears strange noises, cold spots, and even sees ghostly apparitions. But what is more concerning is that the presence seems to be getting stronger with every passing day.

As Livia tries to come to terms with the strange happenings, she meets the local caretaker Drew (David G. Holland) who informs her about the mysterious history of the house. Drew tells Livia about the strange occurrences that happened in the past, and how the previous owners left the house without any explanation.

Drew also introduces Livia to his friend Will (Zack Ketcham), who is a psychic medium. Will tries to help Livia communicate with the spirit that is haunting the house. Through psychic sessions, the two of them uncover disturbing secrets about her grandfather and his relationship with the spirit.

Livia's boyfriend Mark (Lucky Mangione) is skeptical of her experiences and tries to dismiss her claims as mere hallucinations. But as the presence in the house becomes increasingly malevolent, it becomes evident that Livia is not imagining things.

The Presence takes viewers on a suspenseful and thrilling journey that explores the themes of grief, guilt, and redemption. The movie expertly builds tension and suspense, keeping viewers on the edge of their seats throughout. The script is well-written, with twists and turns that keep the audience guessing until the very end.

The performances in The Presence are excellent, with Loren Armitage putting in a particularly impressive performance as the lead character. She portrays the emotional journey of her character with sincerity and depth, her fear and confusion palpable throughout. David G. Holland and Zack Ketcham also give strong performances as Drew and Will respectively, with Lucky Mangione offering some comic relief as the skeptical Mark.

The cinematography and production design in The Presence are also noteworthy. The breathtaking natural scenery surrounding the house builds a sense of isolation and foreboding. The creepy sound design and eerie score serve to heighten the suspense and add to the overall haunting atmosphere.

In conclusion, The Presence is a gripping and suspenseful supernatural thriller that is sure to keep viewers engaged from beginning to end. With strong performances, beautiful cinematography, and a well-written script, this movie is a must-watch for fans of the horror and thriller genres.
