Watch The Pleasure Garden

The Pleasure Garden features a small, homely town toward the beginning of the 1900s. The town is shocked to find out that a local school teacher had published his own poetry under an anonymous name many years prior. Even more shocking is his self-admitted affair with a local waitress. When attention is called to his adultery, the parentage of the waitress's adult daughter is called into question.
