Daniel Ellsberg is an individual who has spent the better part of his life working in the United States government. He had been a firm supporter of the United States' efforts in Vietnam and proudly exclaimed that the Vietnam War was absolutely necessary. However, two things were about to change his outlook of things quite quickly, one being that Ellsberg realized how wrong he was after traveling to Vietnam and experiencing the horrors of the war first hand, and secondly he was about to come across Department of Defense documents that completely fabricated the reasons for going to war. Now, Ellsberg is on a mission to expose the lies that the United States government had been parading.
