They find out that the computer system that tracks the children's behavior throughout the year, and categorizes them as 'Nice' or 'Naughty' has gone down.

With Christmas drawing closer and closer, Bernice and Timmy only have a few days left to fix the problem, save Christmas, and make sure that Norbert doesn't get away with his plans. Along the way, they pick up help from a group of misfit elves who never quite fit in, including a computer-savvy elf named Grace (played by Chandler). They also encounter a forgetful reindeer who almost ends up submarine-ing the sleigh.
