The Good, the Bad and Huckleberry Hound is an animated western comedy film released in 1988. The movie features numerous Hanna-Barbera characters, including Huckleberry Hound, Quick Draw McGraw, and Augie Doggie. The film is directed by Bob Goe and is produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions. The film starts with Huckleberry Hound traveling through the western United States. He soon comes across a ghost town called Grimy Gulch. The town is deserted, except for two people: a cowgirl named Clementine and a criminal named Dalton. Clementine informs Huckleberry that Dalton is actually the notorious outlaw, El Kabong. She asks Huckleberry to help capture Dalton and bring him to justice.

Meanwhile, Quick Draw McGraw and his sidekick, Baba Looey, are on the trail of Dalton as well. They are hired by a wealthy businessman who has had his stagecoaches robbed by Dalton. Quick Draw and Baba Looey are determined to stop Dalton and collect a hefty reward.

As Huckleberry and Quick Draw each try to capture Dalton, they soon start to butt heads. Huckleberry is a laid-back type of guy who prefers to take his time and think things through. Quick Draw, on the other hand, is very by-the-book and wants to catch Dalton as quickly as possible. This leads to a lot of hilarious misunderstandings and misadventures.

As the movie progresses, the two groups realize that Dalton is actually working with a corrupt banker who has been stealing from the town's citizens. Together, they hatch a plan to bring down the banker and his henchmen. Along the way, they encounter various other Hanna-Barbera characters, including Fred Flintstone, Barney Rubble, and Yogi Bear.

The Good, the Bad and Huckleberry Hound is a fun, lighthearted movie that is perfect for the whole family. While the plot is simple and straightforward, the humor and charm of the various characters make it an enjoyable watch. The animation is also very well done, especially considering that it was made in the late 80s.

One of the highlights of the film is the voice acting. The original voice actors from the various Hanna-Barbera cartoons are all present and do an excellent job. Charlie Adler, who voices Buster Bunny on Tiny Toon Adventures, does an especially great job as Quick Draw McGraw. His deadpan delivery of Quick Draw's lines is hilarious and steals many scenes.

Overall, The Good, the Bad and Huckleberry Hound is a classic animated movie that is sure to delight fans of Hanna-Barbera cartoons. It may not be a groundbreaking work of cinema, but it is a well-crafted and entertaining film that is definitely worth a watch. Whether you're a fan of Huckleberry Hound, Quick Draw McGraw, or any of the other characters in the film, you're sure to find something to enjoy.
