The Egborg Girl is a comedy film about a guy who inherits his uncle's farm. The main character is an underachiever that manages to go to school with the help of his uncle. He has to pursue a degree in botany in order to get help from him. He meets a cook that becomes his close friend. The uncle later dies and he ends up with his farm. He meets a girl at the farm who convinces him to stay. It is a lighthearted film about falling in love and friendship. It is also about learning to be more goal oriented in life.
