The Dolphin was a movie that came out in 2010. The story regarded a dolphin named Daniel who leaves the safety of the pod to explore his dreams. The story, written by Sergio Bamberen, gives the message to children that you should always follow your dreams. The story line follows the adventures of Daniel and his adventures and misadventures after leaving the safety of the pod. The dolphin has a mature message and it may be both scary and intense at times. Some of the scenes in the movie are dramatic; however the Dolphin has an overwhelmingly positive message that both adults and children may be able to relate to. The Dolphin is involved in some activity that one may not normally think a sea creature would be involved in. Due to the success of the Dolphin a sequel was planned and was filmed.
