A small-town chemical company has gotten rich through the hard work of its employees. One chemist decides it's time to get his fair share of the profits. He concocts a plan to exact his revenge by breeding killer bats. Using a clever strategy, he teaches the bats to attack his enemies. A newspaper reporter comes to town intent on solving the untimely deaths. The chemist must work hard to cover his own tracks and the bats he created.
