Watch The Cat Burglar

A small time burglar breaks into a woman's apartment and walks off with a briefcase belonging to her boyfriend. The briefcase contains a government secret formula that the boyfriend had planned on selling to foreign agents. The spies can't recover the briefcase from the boyfriend, so they pursue the cat burglar. He learns of the importance of the papers and refuses to turn over state secrets. He eludes the spies and the authorities and enlists the aid of the woman living in the apartment he took the briefcase from.
