The Black Hand is a 2015 Korean based film. The movie revolves around a young girl and her surgeon boyfriend. Yo Kyeong ends up having hand transplantation surgery. Jeone Woo is not only Yo Kyeong's boyfriend but also the surgeon that performs her critical hand surgery. Apparently this is not the the first time that Yo Kyeong has had hand surgery of this nature. Strange events seem to occur which are unexplainable. These events begin to occur shortly after the hand transplantation surgery takes place.

The movie was made in 2014 however it released in April 2015. The Black Hand can be considered a romantic-thriller-horror type of film. The romantic part of the film is the fact that Yo Kyeong and Jeone Woo fall in love. In addition, the hand surgery is successfully performed by the same person who loves Yo Kyeong.
