This film is about the story of two young orphans named Black and White, who struggle to survive the harsh and dangerous streets of Tresure Town, by fighting anyone that stands in their path. One day, several foreign entrepreneurs arrive in Treasure Town in hopes to shut the town down, it's up to Black and White to rescue the town from it's devastating fate from these mysterious beings.
