In the 2016 movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, the four beloved heroes in a half shell – Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael – are back and ready to save New York City from the clutches of their arch-rival, Shredder. The movie picks up right where the first one left off, with the turtles continuing to hide in the shadows and keep to themselves. However, when Shredder manages to escape from police custody with the help of some new henchmen and a mysterious scientist named Dr. Baxter Stockman, the turtles must come out of hiding in order to save the city.

Along the way, they face several challenges, including the appearance of the classic villains Bebop and Rocksteady, who have been transformed into a mutant warthog and rhinoceros. The turtles also team up with human allies April O'Neil (Megan Fox) and Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett) to stop Shredder's plan to unleash a machine that will transport the Technodrome, his mobile fortress, to New York City.

However, the turtles' biggest challenge comes in the form of the interdimensional villain, Krang (voiced by Brad Garrett). Krang is a powerful being who seeks to conquer all dimensions, and he has teamed up with Shredder to bring the Technodrome to Earth in order to achieve his ultimate goal.

Throughout the movie, the turtles must work together to stop Shredder's plans and prevent New York City from being destroyed. They face obstacles and challenges, but with determination and teamwork, they are able to overcome them and save the day.

In addition to the action-packed plot, the movie also explores the relationships between the turtles and their human allies. Mikey (Noel Fisher) is as lovable and quirky as ever, donning a new pair of nunchucks and providing plenty of laughs throughout the movie. Donnie (Jeremy Howard) is the tech wizard of the group, creating gadgets and devices to help them on their mission. Leo (Pete Ploszek) is the leader, always looking out for his brothers and doing what's necessary to save the day. And Raph (Alan Ritchson) is the tough guy of the group, never backing down from a fight and always ready to take on any challenge.

The human characters also play a key role in the movie. April is a determined reporter who will stop at nothing to uncover the truth behind Shredder's plan. Vern, who has been promoted to police captain, has a more comedic role this time around, providing plenty of laughs with his bumbling antics.

One of the standout performances of the movie comes from Tyler Perry, who plays the role of Dr. Baxter Stockman. Perry brings a quirky charm to the role, making the character both hilarious and menacing at the same time.

Overall, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is an action-packed adventure that is sure to thrill fans of the classic franchise. With its lovable characters, exciting action sequences, and comedic moments, it is a movie that the whole family can enjoy.
