The movie is directed by Kang Hyeong-Cheol and is based on the comic book Tazza by Huh Young-Man. The movie begins with Go-ni, a skilled gambler, losing a high-stakes card game against Busan's top gambler, Aw-kwi. This leaves Go-ni with a massive debt to pay back to Aw-kwi. To make matters worse, Go-ni's father is murdered, and his sister is involved in a car accident caused by the same people who killed his father. This series of events motivates Go-ni to stage a comeback and win big by participating in a high-stakes underground poker game.
