Small Chops is a 2020 Nigerian romantic comedy produced by Chika Ike and directed by Robert Peters. The movie stars some of the biggest names in Nollywood, including Toyin Abraham, Omotunde Adebowale (popularly known as Lolo), and Lilian Chioma Agu. The plot of Small Chops follows a young woman named Nikita (played by Chika Ike) who runs a successful restaurant in Lagos, Nigeria. Nikita is fiercely independent and determined to succeed in the male-dominated world of Nigerian cuisine. She is also beautiful, ambitious, and surrounded by a host of potential suitors who are eager to make her their own.

One of these suitors is Tunde (played by Max Cavenham), a wealthy businessman who is immediately taken with Nikita's beauty and talent. Tunde spends much of the movie trying to win her heart, but Nikita is not interested in becoming just another one of his conquests.

Another potential love interest for Nikita comes in the form of Fred (played by Efa Iwara), a handsome and charming young man who also happens to be a regular customer at her restaurant. Fred and Nikita share a deep connection and seem to be drawn to each other in spite of their differences.

But perhaps the most intriguing character in the movie is the mysterious and enigmatic Titi (played by Mariam Gbadamosi), a young woman who Nikita takes on as an apprentice in her kitchen. Titi is quiet and reserved at first, but it soon becomes clear that she harbors a dark secret that threatens to destroy everything Nikita has worked so hard to achieve.

As the movie unfolds, we are treated to a series of hilarious, heartwarming, and occasionally heartbreaking moments as Nikita navigates the romantic minefield she finds herself in. Along the way, we meet a host of colorful characters, including Nikita's feisty best friend and business partner, Monique (played by Omotunde Adebowale), and a coterie of snobbish Lagos socialites who look down on Nikita and her "small chops" (Nigerian street food).

One of the most impressive things about Small Chops is its attention to detail. From the colorful and vibrant portrayal of Lagos street life to the incredibly nuanced and believable performances of the actors, everything about this movie feels authentic and true to life. Whether you are a fan of romantic comedies or simply appreciate a well-crafted story, Small Chops is an absolute must-watch.

Overall, Small Chops is a charming, funny, and heartwarming romantic comedy that is sure to delight audiences of all ages. With its sharp writing, expert direction, and top-notch performances, it proves once again that Nollywood is one of the most exciting and dynamic film industries in the world today. So if you are looking for a fun and engaging movie that will leave you smiling from ear to ear, be sure to check out Small Chops.
