In the 2015 movie Sicilian Vampire, Vittorio Altomare plays Santino, a member of a Sicilian family of vampires. When his family is threatened by a group of hunters, led by the ruthless Cain (played by Daniel Baldwin), Santino is forced to flee to Toronto.
