Shabazi is a run-down neighborhood and home to Danny. Danny lives in a one bedroom apartment amongst day laborers, homeless, and junkies. Danny meets Gideon and learns of a scam in the neighborhood. When Danny wants to learn more about the scam, Gideon is unable to tell him and he quickly learns that he is in danger.
