Secret of the Chinese Carnation is a crime drama that was released in 1964 in Germany and Italy. A man works as the head of a multi-national company that seems to be completely legitimate. The business is actually a front for an international drug smuggling operation that brings heroin into Europe. The film follows the head of this business as it is pressured by the cartel to bring in more drugs, and as the police slowly collect evidence to arrest him. This leads to the man becoming increasingly frustrated, and his behavior becomes more erratic.
