This movie is about the story of a young man and his best friend, Sing Wong, who is a gambler, loses all of his money. Both men later find out about a man named Ren Lee, who has the ability to travel back in time, which he gained from a young woman. However, the man's friend and the woman who gave him this ability died in a horrible car accident. Sing is the only survivor and is captured by a police officer named Tina, who is hired by Ren Lee. However, he later falls in love with Tina.
