After retiring from being a horror movie actress and leaving her husband, Raven gain custody of her daughters. They begin a new life in a quiet neighborhood and quickly make friends with a seemingly kind neighbor. Over time Raven begins to trust her neighbor enough to let him babysit her girls. Little does she know that he has been stalking her. While wearing a Santa costume he murders one of Raven's friends out of jealousy. The holidays aren't so jolly after all.
