In the 91-minute supernatural thriller, Restoration, young couple Karen and her husband George purchased an old, decaying Victorian mansion with a complicated past. George is a contractor tasked with renovating the house, while Karen struggles to make it a home. Although they both come from money, Karen and George are not without their share of stress and struggles.

Karen is battling depression and anxiety while trying to balance her career as a social media influencer. Meanwhile, George is trying to make ends meet while also dealing with the challenges of renovating the old house. The couple hopes the project will help revitalize their relationship, but they quickly discover something sinister is lurking in the shadows of the house.

As George begins the demolition of the old mansion, strange and unexplainable events start to occur. Restoration is a chilling supernatural horror film that delves into themes of the family's past, loss, love, and the importance of home. It is a well-directed, beautifully shot, atmospheric movie that gets under your skin and keeps you entertained throughout. Emily O'Brien, Adrian Gaeta, and Zack Ward's performances are nuanced, and they deliver excellent performances that elevate the experience of the movie.
