The Bishop manages to elude him, and Hartley returns to Interpol headquarters, where he is promptly demoted due to his failure. The next day Hartley is summoned by his former partner and supervisor, Special Agent in Charge James Bishop. Bishop tells Hartley that an anonymous thief has stolen one of the world's most valuable paintings, known as the Cleopatra, from the museum that Bishop runs. Bishop believes that the thief is The Bishop and that her ultimate goal is to steal the remaining two paintings in the Cleopatra series.

Hartley sets out to track down The Bishop and eventually finds her in a high-security prison in Russia. The two engage in a thrilling conversation where they trade barbs and insults. It becomes clear that their banter is playful but also a way to assess each other's strengths and weaknesses. While she may be a criminal, The Bishop is not beholden to criminals, and she is looking to make a deal with someone who can provide her with immunity and access to money.

A few action-packed scenes later, Hartley and The Bishop make an unlikely escape from the prison and are on the run, with Hartley now officially teaming up with Booth. The trio travels to many exotic international locations, including Italy, Egypt, and France, while stealing and tracking the paintings as they go. Along the way, there is much banter and repartee between the three characters, and their chemistry with each other is excellent. Reynolds is especially comical as Nolan Booth, providing most of the comic relief in the film.

The three actors play their respective parts excellently, with Gal Gadot especially shining as the world-class thief. She brings a sense of sophistication and classiness to The Bishop, though she is clearly ruthless in her tactics. Dwayne Johnson plays the role of Hartley as only he could, with his trademark larger-than-life bravado and physical presence. Ryan Reynolds plays the role of the slightly unhinged Bannon, who is a little too eager to get rich and perhaps a little too interested in The Bishop.

Overall, Red Notice is an enjoyable movie that is well worth watching, especially for fans of action-comedies. The movie features an intriguing plot and some excellent performances by the three lead actors. The camaraderie between Reynolds, Johnson, and Gadot is palpable, and the movie benefits from their chemistry. The storyline is engaging and kept me engrossed until the very end. The director of the movie, Rawson Marshall Thurber, does an excellent job of creating complex yet entertaining action scenes that keep the story moving along at a brisk pace.

The movie is not without its flaws. Some of the dialogue and scenes are a bit clichéd, and the plot twists can be a little predictable. However, these minor issues do not detract from the overall enjoyment of the film. Red Notice is a thoroughly entertaining movie that does exactly what it sets out to do: provide an amusing and exciting action-comedy with an all-star cast.
